At Thomas George we always take up references and interview tenants before a contract is signed. However, occasionally, a problem with a tenant may be encountered and in this event, Thomas George will endeavour to deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Serious problems are rare but any action will always be discussed with the landlord first.

Non payment of rent can occur for many reasons; as a result of a dispute or due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness or redundancy.
