Thrilling Things to Watch in Cardiff This Christmas

The most wonderful time of year is almost upon us and what better way to embrace the jolly season than by seeing a performance in the city centre? Here you can discover what’s on in Cardiff over the festive period.

Peter Pan
New Theatre
10th December – 8th January 2016

The boy who wouldn’t grow up is coming to Cardiff’s New Theatre for nonstop entertainment.

The Hoff will be starring as Captain Hook, a character who’s poles apart from his roles in Baywatch and Knight Rider. However, David Hasselhoff actually made his theatrical debut in Peter Pan when he was seven so in actual fact, he’s returning to his roots!

Joining the Hoff will be the city’s much loved Dame Mike Doyle, who will star as Mrs Smee. Get lost in Neverland on the ultimate pirate adventure at the New Theatre. It’ll be a performance filled with laughter, magic and a sprinkle of fairy dust from your favourite fairy, Tinkerbell!

Christmas Ballet
St David’s Hall

The Nutcracker is a truly spectacular production which will be showing from 22nd-28th December. Lose yourself in the most famous of fantasy ballets and travel to an enchanted place full of magic this Christmas.
