FINAL CHECKOUT CLERK

Applicants must be capable of handling sensitive and sometimes confrontational situations between landlords and tenants. The duties will include checking properties at the end of tenancies, and deciding if the properties require cleaning, reporting any missing items or dilapidation that have occurred during the tenancy. Computer literacy is also required and clean driving licence would be an advantage.
