When you apply for a tenancy, there will be an administration fee to pay. Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to see full details. An administration and arrangement fee that covers our costs in processing your references and tenancy agreement is required to process the application. What you need to know as a prospective tenant:
Each adult that is to share the property needs to complete an application form and will appear on the tenancy agreement. Each applicant will be fully responsible for the property. You can download a copy of the assured shorthold tenancy agreement below, which you will be asked to sign on moving into the property.
The tenancy setup fee payable by the first tenant is £252. There is an additional charge of £90 for each additional tenant or guarantor required. All charges are inclusive of VAT
What does this fee cover?
If tenants wish to renew their tenancy at the end of the fixed term, a fee of £100 (Inclusive of VAT) is payable.
*Some costs may be shared with the prospective Landlord
